The start of a plan

My goal is to lose 75 pounds in 6 months. That will break down to 12.5 pounds a month and 3.12 pounds a week. Not unreasonable... right. I am starting the workout hip hop abs. When it comes to exercise I must be careful, I had back surgery a little over a year ago due to a car accident. My back is in really bad shape still to this day, so for me this will be a trial and error thing for me.
