The start of a plan

My goal is to lose 75 pounds in 6 months. That will break down to 12.5 pounds a month and 3.12 pounds a week. Not unreasonable... right. I am starting the workout hip hop abs. When it comes to exercise I must be careful, I had back surgery a little over a year ago due to a car accident. My back is in really bad shape still to this day, so for me this will be a trial and error thing for me.

Today starts a new

Today is a start for me, a new life, a new me and a new way of doing things. I am going to be brutally honest on here and hope that I will stay accountable and true to my starting over in life. I am 229 pounds... Yep you read that correct. I am 5'5 and 30 years old. I am a mother of three and I am going through divorce number 2... (apparently I can pick em). I decided that I need to be happy with myself to succeed in my new life. I hope that you will join my journey and plan. I hope you will help see my failures and success.
